EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing)

EMDR therapy is a psychotherapy technique used to treat trauma and other distressing experiences. It involves focusing on a traumatic memory while engaging in bilateral stimulation, typically eye movements, to help process and restore the memory in a way that reduces its emotional impact.
